Cooking Class Description: Embark on a culinary adventure to the Basilicata region of Italy with our immersive cooking class featuring the beloved Cavatelli pasta. Join us as we explore the flavors and traditions of this picturesque region, known for its rustic and authentic cuisine. Under the guidance of our skilled chefs, you will learn the art of crafting handmade Cavatelli pasta, shaped into delightful bite-sized shells. Discover the techniques behind achieving the perfect texture and shape, as you delve into the heart of Basilicata’s culinary heritage.

- You are encouraged to help cook and work with our chefs!
- You will enjoy a taste of every dish.
- We offer an add-on charcuterie/cheese tray for $10 per person.
- Drinks are not included in the class price but are available for purchase.
- Hands-on classes are limited to 10-20 students.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, and have long hair tied back.
