Immerse yourself in the unique gastronomic heritage of Sardegna as our skilled chef guides you through the creation of traditional dishes that showcase the region’s rich culinary traditions.
Learn the art of making Ravioli Sardi from scratch, as you master the delicate pasta dough and discover the secrets behind the flavorful fillings. Our chef will guide you through each step, ensuring you create perfectly shaped ravioli that encapsulate the essence of Sardegna’s gastronomy.
What To Expect:
- You are encouraged to help cook and work with our chefs!
- You will enjoy a taste of every dish.
- We offer an add-on charcuterie/cheese tray for $10 per person.
- Drinks are not included in the class price but are available for purchase.
- Hands-on classes are limited to 10-20 students.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, and have long hair tied back.
